Key qualifications

Key qualifications (Schlüsselqualifikationen) is a term which refers to interdisciplinary soft skills which are necessary in many, if not most, professions.

Key qualifications cover six basic areas:

  • communication
  • arithmetic
  • information technology
  • interpersonal competency
  • learning and performance skills
  • problem-solving skills
