Until 2007 Coordinator of Erasmus / Socrates student exchange of the EU for the field of chemistry of the FAU.

Until 2008 coordinator of the FAU’s university partnership project with the University of La Serena / Chile.

Until 2015 Permanent Visiting Professor at the Universidad de La Serena / Chile.

Research focussed on the investigation of kinetics and the mechanism of chemical and electrochemical reactions.

Teaching mainly in the field of thermodynamics, kinetics, spectroscopy and environmental chemistry until 2016 at the FAU and at various Latin American universities.
